The Serene Waters is the gateway to Adagio's framed family — a 21" × 36" fully framed wall fountain that brings genuine falling water to bedrooms, offices, treatment rooms, and hallways at the most accessible price in the entire Adagio wall line. The complete surround conceals the tray and workings for a finished, self-contained look; a single LED down light and an on/off switch keep it beautifully simple. Natural stone surfaces vary in color and texture from piece to piece — every stone Serene Waters is unique, and natural variation is not grounds for return. How does shipping work?
Free shipping in the continental U.S. Depending on configuration, the Serene Waters ships ground or palletized LTL freight with curbside delivery — the carrier brings it to the curb, and you bring it inside. At 20–55 lbs it's the easiest Adagio to receive. Delivery appointments, inside delivery, and white-glove service are not included.
What's included in the box?
The complete framed fountain: water panel with your chosen surface, integrated frame and liner in your chosen trim finish, LED down light, pump, polished pebbles, and installation hardware with instructions. Some assembly and on-site installation are required.
Which surface should I choose?
Silver Mirror and Featherstone are included at base price. Rainforest Marble, Black Spider Marble, Travertine, Patagonia Granite, and Norwegian Rose Granite are Level 2 upgrades (+$90). Natural stones vary in color and texture — each piece is unique, and returns can't be accepted for natural color variation.
What water should I use?
Distilled water is strongly recommended to prevent mineral spotting and algae. Keep the reservoir topped up so the pump stays submerged, and clean the pump periodically for quiet operation.
Is installation difficult?
This is the simplest Adagio install — it hangs like a framed mirror with the included bracket hardware, near a standard outlet. Adagio provides printed instructions, installation videos, and an interactive 3D guide via the free BILT app.
What's the warranty and return policy?
1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Standard fountains may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition in original packaging (15% restocking fee; shipping costs non-refundable). Custom, logoed, and cut-down orders are final sale.
