Six LED down lights graze both panels, dimmable from the 3-way pull chain, and dual pumps drive each surface independently. Etched logos can be applied per surface — a natural fit for branded lobbies; call for a quote. Natural stone varies in color and texture from piece to piece, so no two stone Cottonwoods match, and natural variation is not grounds for return.

How does shipping work?
Free shipping in the continental U.S. The Cottonwood Falls ships palletized via LTL freight with curbside delivery — the carrier brings it to the curb, and you bring it inside. Stone versions approach 500 lbs across the panels; plan a crew and a clear route. Delivery appointments, inside delivery, and white-glove service are not included.
What's included in the box?
The complete fountain: both water panels in your chosen surface, tray, metal trim, 6 LED down lights, two G325A pumps, polished pebbles, and installation hardware with instructions. Some assembly and on-site installation are required.
Which surface should I choose?
Silver Mirror and Featherstone are included at base price. Slate, Rainforest Marble, Black Spider Marble, Travertine, and Patagonia Granite are Level 2 upgrades (+$750). Natural stones vary in color and texture — each pair of panels is unique, and returns can't be accepted for natural color variation.
What water should I use?
Distilled water is strongly recommended to prevent mineral spotting and algae. Keep the tray topped up so both pumps stay submerged. For commercial installs, the computerized auto-fill with gravity drain removes daily water maintenance.
Is installation difficult?
It mounts with the included bracket hardware near a standard outlet; at this size and weight, plan on two or more people. Adagio provides printed instructions, installation videos, and an interactive 3D guide via the free BILT app.
What's the warranty and return policy?
1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Standard fountains may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition in original packaging (15% restocking fee; shipping costs non-refundable). Custom, logoed, and cut-down orders are final sale.
