The Deep Creek Falls commands seven and a half feet of wall — three water surfaces with gaps between them, 91" wide × 69" tall, each panel a defined column of falling water. Nine LED down lights span the composition, dimmable from the 3-way pull chain, and three pumps drive the panels independently. Among the gapped multi-panel designs, this is the widest — a genuine architectural feature for lobbies, restaurants, and great rooms. Made in the USA by Adagio Water Features.

Configure it with Level 2 stone panels, color-changing RGB LED bulbs with remote, on/off remote, indoor or outdoor hood covers, computerized auto-fill with gravity drain — the practical choice at this scale — or cut-down height. Natural stone varies in color and texture from piece to piece; across three large panels, that variation is the character of the piece, and it is not grounds for return. How does shipping work?
Free shipping in the continental U.S. The Deep Creek Falls ships palletized via LTL freight with curbside delivery — the carrier brings it to the curb, and you bring it inside. Stone versions run up to 775 lbs across the panels; plan a crew, equipment, and a clear route before delivery day. Delivery appointments, inside delivery, and white-glove service are not included.
What's included in the box?
The complete fountain: all three water panels in your chosen surface, tray, metal trim, 9 LED down lights, three G325A pumps, polished pebbles, and installation hardware with instructions. Some assembly and on-site installation are required.
Which surface should I choose?
Silver Mirror and Featherstone are included at base price. Slate, Rainforest Marble, Black Spider Marble, Travertine, and Patagonia Granite are Level 2 upgrades (+$1,060). Natural stones vary in color and texture — each trio of panels is unique, and returns can't be accepted for natural color variation.
What water should I use?
Distilled water is strongly recommended to prevent mineral spotting and algae. Keep the tray topped up so all three pumps stay submerged. At this scale, the computerized auto-fill with gravity drain is the practical choice for commercial spaces.
Is installation difficult?
It mounts with the included bracket hardware near a standard outlet; at 7½ feet wide, plan on a crew of two or more. Adagio provides printed instructions, installation videos, and an interactive 3D guide via the free BILT app.
What's the warranty and return policy?
1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Standard fountains may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition in original packaging (15% restocking fee; shipping costs non-refundable). Custom, logoed, and cut-down orders are final sale.
