The Regal Falls is the flagship of the Adagio wall line — ten full feet of falling water across four surfaces, 120" wide × 69" tall. Twelve LED down lights crown the composition, dimmable from the 3-way pull chain, and four independent pumps keep each column flowing evenly. This is destination-scale water: the piece guests photograph in hotel lobbies, restaurant entries, and corporate atriums. Made in the USA by Adagio Water Features.

Natural stone varies in color and texture from piece to piece; across four large panels, that variation is the artistry, and it is not grounds for return. How does shipping work?
Free shipping in the continental U.S. The Regal Falls ships palletized via LTL freight with curbside delivery — the carrier brings it to the curb, and you bring it inside. Stone versions reach 1,000 lbs across the panels; plan a professional crew, equipment, and a clear route before delivery day. Delivery appointments, inside delivery, and white-glove service are not included.
What's included in the box?
The complete fountain: all four water panels in your chosen surface, tray, metal trim, 12 LED down lights, four G325A pumps, polished pebbles, and installation hardware with instructions. Assembly and on-site installation are required — professional installation is recommended at this scale.
Which surface should I choose?
Silver Mirror and Featherstone are included at base price. Slate, Rainforest Marble, Black Spider Marble, Travertine, and Patagonia Granite are Level 2 upgrades (+$1,460). Natural stones vary in color and texture — each set of four panels is unique, and returns can't be accepted for natural color variation.
What water should I use?
Distilled water is strongly recommended to prevent mineral spotting and algae. Keep the tray topped up so all four pumps stay submerged. At this scale, the computerized auto-fill with gravity drain is effectively essential for commercial installations.
Is installation difficult?
This is a professional-crew installation: ten feet of paneling mounted to structural wall anchors near a standard outlet. Adagio provides printed instructions, installation videos, and an interactive 3D guide via the free BILT app; our specialists can talk your installer through the plan.
What's the warranty and return policy?
1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Standard fountains may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition in original packaging (15% restocking fee; shipping costs non-refundable). Custom, logoed, and cut-down orders are final sale.
